Stay Ahead of Evolving PFAS Regulations
With new PFAS regulations and reporting requirements emerging, ensuring compliance with existing standards while preparing for impending changes can be a complex challenge.
Collecting PFAS data from your supply chain is the key to ensuring your business not only meets current standards but is also primed for future ones.
We’ll do the collection for you
We’ll identify the presence of PFAS in your parts and materials to cover existing PFAS regulations, including EPA TSCA Section 8(a)(7), Canadian CEPA 71(1)(b), reporting requirements in Minnesota and other US states, and the proposed ban in the EU, as well as future PFAS restrictions and reporting requirements.

Ready to simplify your PFAS reporting process?
A Comprehensive Approach to PFAS Data Collection
GreenSoft collects PFAS Data from your supply chain using the IEC 62474 PFAS reference list, the OECD PFAS reference list, the EPA PFAS inventory, and GreenSoft's own reference list, together covering over 15,000 PFAS chemicals.
When PFAS compliance information is not available from the suppliers, we request and collect Full Material Disclosure (FMD) data and use it to validate PFAS compliance.
We also use FMD data to validate the accuracy of the PFAS declarations received from suppliers.
