ECHA Announces Consultation on 54 New SVHCs

On September 3, 2012 the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) published a list of 54 new Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). Stakeholders can comment on these proposed SVHC until October 18, 2012. ECHA will consider comments when deciding whether the substances should be added to the current 84 on the current Candidate List.
